Job Description
As part of the Compensation & Benefits team, your key specializations are employee benefits of which you will develop, implement and maintain all related policies and processes. You will ensure market competitiveness for Benefits and Global Mobility schemes, and play an advisory role to business leaders and HR relationship managers. You will also manage end-to-end global mobility program including partnering and supporting all stakeholders on employee’s international assignment such as package design to communication and regular contact with assignees. You will administer employee benefits, prepare HR reports and support line manager in Compensation & Benefits projects and ad hoc requests.

Requirements
The successful candidate is degree qualified with 3 to 6 years’ experience relevant experience. Preference will be given to those who have worked with Singapore corporations as well as MNCs with diverse culture environment. You must have good knowledge of labor laws and regulations and benefits structure and schemes in Asia region. You must be meticulous, process and detailed oriented with exceptional skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. You are hands-on, possess excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills to operate in a highly demanding, fast-paced and matrix environment.
