Our Client is a global supply chain specialist and currently they are seeking for a Customer Service Representative to join their exciting team.
Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, you will be undertake a control tower role for key accounts, liaises closely with customer/vendor/origins and destination officers to ensure compliance of logistics requirements to achieve high operations and customer service excellence. Additionally, you will be required to provide sales quotation to customers as and when required.
Ideally you should possess a relevant Diploma with at least 3 years of customer service experience in Logistics / Freight Forwarding / 3PL industry. You should also be possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, customer-service mindset and passion for service excellence.
