Job Description
An exciting opportunity exists as a Facilities Engineer. You will be responsible for plant operation, facilities, building services, pest control and fire protection system. Responsible for developing the standard operating procedures, implementing of preventive and predictive maintenance, calibration program to facilities are maintained to the highest level of Safety. This includes routine and plant major shut down activities. Responsible for support and execution of equipment qualification such as commissioning, IQ/OQ/PQ. Manage and lead a team of technicians and contractors for day-to-day utilities operations to ensure zero downtime of facilities systems and drive continues improvement projects/initiatives. Preparing operation and maintenance budget. Carry out other work or task as directed by Manager. Acts as advisor to team to meet schedules and performance requirements. Provides guidance to team members to achieve goals in accordance with established policies. Establishes and recommends changes to policies, which affect subordinate organization(s).

You will be required to have a minimum Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical / Civil / Engineering or related discipline or Diploma with minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience in facilities management in a manufacturing facility OR building facilities. Good planning and supervisory, strong interpersonal and communication skills. High computer literary. Ability to organize, motivate and develop team members.
