VP, Corporate Banking – Global Market

• Cross-selling treasury products besides traditional corporate banking tools.
As a VP, you will support in the delivery of relevant banking services to customers, in own coverage area to meet the department's regional revenue targets. You will be able to build and maintain effective relationships with customers and understand their needs in order to provide a high quality of service. You will collaborate with other members of the department to ensure that profit targets are achieved as a whole and work closely with Relationship Managers in different branches to share knowledge, best practice on Corporate Banking topics and support in deal structures.
You will work in partnership with Compliance to consult on compliance issues, including but not limited to Know Your Customer and Sanctions. Work in partnership with Credit on any credit issues associated with the deal and support the team leader on larger and more complex deal structures. Carry out financial modelling on customers and their business to support deal proposals. You will also expect to negotiate with customers on matters including but not limited to contract terms and conditions and pricing, as well as seek commercial solutions to finalize the deal. Attend the Deal Screening Committee to support proposed deals and provide additional information when required and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and limits; and is able to maintain good working knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws and regulations.
We will expect you to have at least 10 years of corporate banking experience, competent in all type of loans, treasury asset class products (FX, derivatives, options, swaps & etc). You will be highly in advantage if you can also bring across product structuring experience. You are required to have strong communication skills with the ability to influence others and sell products and strong stakeholder management skills to collaborate with other departments
